Went to Science Centre for ushering duty today. It was basically just stoning there for 3+ hours and being moved about to different parts of the science centre. Wearing a blazer sucks. You feel like the liquid in the thermoflask. After my duty ended, walked around the science centre in white shirt and pants. Feels real wierd, like as though you are wearing a clown costume in a funeral. -.- Went to visit the infocomm and nanotechnology exhibitions. Rather fun and amusing. Went home at about 3pm; I've loitered in the science centre for 3 hours! Finally touched abit of my science homework. I feel less guilty now. Read abit about Joesph Stalin for history project. I'm learning how to smile. It was like ages since I last smiled. Went back to school today for YDC(Youth Day Celebration Commitee) meeting. Disscussed and formed the structure of YDC. I was to be the secretary. Retrieved my nomination from the office to add on more nominations. Handed in the nominations today. Tooked 61 home and slept throughout. Walked past Keming. Went back to school today for drama class, then tried to find Mr Seetoh and Ms Yu to second my SC nomination. However, they were not around so I decided to hand in the only 2 completed nominations I had and then hope for the best. Saw Ms Tan; I wanted to get her to second my nomination, but I don't think she know me very well, so dropped the idea. Went home to read and burn off my afternoon watching documentaries on Youtube. Loved that documentary on Kamikaze suicide bombers. Spent 2 hours watching the whole series. I'm looking for a blogskin to change to; I've been using the old one for too long. Any good ones to recommend? Almost forgot, here's a real kick-ass weapon that will change the way guns fire. The best part that it can never jam. Enjoy this ground-breaking gun. The Cyclone Nargis that struck Myanmar and the massive earthquake in Sichuan,China left thousands dead and many more homeless. What we see from these disasters were suffering and death, but from these disasters we can also see the more humane side of us; the world with a heart. The school organised a donation campaign for the earthquake victims of China. And from what I saw, many participated, donating to help fellow mankind. Year 4J also had a donation drive for the cyclone victims of Myanmar. Envelops were passed out to all classes, seeking donation. Those who did their part to help the victims are heroes in their own way. @ 4:53 PM
RV open house yesterday! Was rather busy. The school tour was rather embarassing. (I forgot what 'A' stands for for CHAMPS, I got confused with the direction of the Boon Lay MRT while introducing the new school model.ARGH!!) Made to bring home my instrument for the holidays. 30th council election starts today. It's a sad thing that year 1s cannot participate in the SC elections. Some of those Year 1s were persons of good calibre and standing. Good luck to all 29th SCs who wishes to be re-elected! Meeting Zi Siang,Bryce and Xinzhe tommorow for geog report. Must work in "god" mode liao. The deadline is really,really near. Here is a nice video of the world's first combat shotgun with full auto fire ability. "I was wrong. I'm sorry." Those words were hard for me to say,so I shall just type all of them out and eventually say it to the person I want to hear this. It was wrong of me to force you to explain to the teacher,because that's what I'm supposed to do,not you. It was wrong of me to pick up that bottle cap as that's what you should do,not me. Why did I pick up that bottle cap? I wanted matters to rest,since you had admitted to that teacher that you had thrown that bottle cap. I thought he had known it was you,and thus to avoid further conflicts,I went to throw that bottle cap into the bin. Well,that teacher thought it was me,and wanted me to clear the mess created. I decided to clear it. You tried to tell the teacher that it was you. He didn't hear you and walked off. I decided that I have no other choice but to clear the mess and try explaining later should the teacher pursue. You didn't want me to clear,so I told you to explain it to him. It was so simple. I do not believe in walking off without explanation. It was wrong of me to not explain it to that teacher,and insist that you explain. After reflection,I believe that I was too irresponsible,and barbaric. And it was wrong of me to raise my voice at you even though I was desperate to get my point across. You said,"It wasn't your fault,but it wasn't my fault too." No,it was my fault to have picked up that bottle cap without fully understanding the situation,and then expecting you to clear the misunderstanding after things got bad. Did flash with xinzhe today. Started off fine,but my comp hang-ed halfway through doing the flash. (!!!) And we didn't save it. So redo,and xinzhe was like saving every now and then. Once bitten,twice shy. haha. Then did CID,and made one shocking discovery while examining the DNA fingerprints. Shawn is Ms Jacob's and Mr James' son?! So the storyplot had to be changed drastically. Sigh. Slacked the whole day today. Watched the whole series of "Band of Brothers" on youtube. Band of Brothers is a HBO series on the world war II,dramatizing the fight of the 101st Airborne,Easy company agianst Nazis. To be frank,I feel so uneasy to be slacking now. Exam's finally over. No time to finish my maths paper. Lost an estimated 17 marks for questions I didn't even touch. Sigh. Went Yujer's house to play XBox after exam. We formed alliances and gang-ed Eugene. I drove a scorpion and kept blasting Eugene,while Zi Siang and Jun Qi is like 见 Eugene 一次，杀他一次. Ownage. Later in order to be fair,I ally with Eugene,and played 2-on-2 with Zi Siang and Jun Qi. Zi Siang hijacked my scorpion and killed me. Later played Ultimate Alliance. Completed the game in 2 hours after the game was hacked and we played in 'God' mode. Planning to slack through this weekend. Enjoy slacking people. Well,I'm still not sure whether to go NJC or not. There are too much things keeping me in RV. Perhaps I shall apply and let fate decide,or decide for myself and not apply. |
